Do you want to do an individual, complete work-out in one hour? Would you like to learn or improve your kickboxing technique, train all muscle groups and work on your condition without physical contact with someone else? Then the bag training is ideal for you! The 60-minute workout is divided into different parts, where you largely learn kickboxing techniques on the punching bag. But individual exercises in which different muscle groups are trained and you work on your condition in rounds of three minutes, are also part of this intensive work-out to nice up-tempo music.
