You can also train under personal guidance at The Colosseum Gym. During the intake we discuss your personal goals and we develop a tailor-made plan so that you will achieve these goals.

For this we use strength and circuit training and pads training (boxing training). In addition, we work out a personal nutrition plan for you with a blood test on request. We can then see in detail which nutrients are missing in your diet. Make an appointment in advance for a session with our personal trainer.
