Anyone can learn kickboxing. During this training you work on both your fitness and muscle building. But you will also become stronger on a mental level and your self-confidence will get a big boost. The aim of the training is to teach you the basic principles of kickboxing in a safe environment, but also to further improve your technique. In addition to (further) developing your technique, you will also be challenged on a conditional level during this lesson.
